PLSA Planning department provides professional planning services such as land use analysis, project design, as well as subdivision and land development plan application assistance.  Our planners oversee projects, interpret zoning regulations, and work closely with regulators to facilitate project completion.  Planners work alongside PLSA surveyors, engineers, and other professional team members to identify client needs and develop project solutions to projects, which improve and revitalize communities and areas.
